How can you use the three numbers on those luggage tags on the right page?

Use the first number on the First Class Passenger list, and so on...

The first number (35) on the First Class Passenger list, correlates to "Underwood". Under is underlined, so use those 5 letters as the first 5 letters of your code word. Do the same thing with 2nd & 3rd luggage numbers to get the rest of the letters to your code word.
